Audit-Ready PDF Keyword Search Automation with Visual Evidence

Built a Python desktop automation tool that searches text-based PDFs for compliance keywords and generates audit-ready visual evidence. The tool opens the PDF in a real viewer, enters each keyword, captures screenshots showing the search box, result state, and page context, then creates a Found/Not Found CSV/Excel report. It supports structured naming, CSV keyword input, exact-match logic, and scalable batch processing to reduce manual review time and improve consistency.
