Customer Churn EDA Report

I created a dashboard to analyze customer churn rates and behavior. In addition to a report for each category, analysis and solutions for each category. Key features include:

Customer churn rate overview

Age group and duration analysis

Spend and contract duration

This dashboard was built using Power BI and provides actionable insights to reduce customer churn and improve customer retention strategies.
