My name is Pola, and I've been working in the real estate field since 2018. With over 6 years of experience in real estate marketing, I have held various job positions, including Real Estate Marketing Officer, Real Estate Marketer, Real Estate Digital Marketing Expert, Real Estate Media Buyer, and roles as both Senior and Junior Real Estate Salespersons.

I am deeply passionate about the real estate industry, paying attention to every detail. From reaching out to property owners and persuading them to list their properties with us, to inspecting properties, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and determining the most effective advertising strategies, I am dedicated to facilitating smooth sales processes.

While some may view the real estate market, particularly its marketing aspect, as exhausting or unpredictable due to fluctuating sales, I see it differently. I've been involved in over 95 sales transactions and 88 rental transactions in Egypt, working with either one or multiple real estate brokers.

Effective time management and consistent updates about available properties are crucial in this field. I ensure prompt responses to client inquiries and maintain diligent record-keeping. Through these efforts, positive outcomes are consistently achieved.

Recently, I've taken on the responsibility of personally managing property listings uploads. Recognizing their significance in attracting potential buyers, I ensure they are presented effectively while responding promptly to inquiries. I closely monitor advertisement effectiveness and strategize for smooth operations.
