In this project, I conducted an in-depth churn analysis for SkyLink, aiming to understand the key factors contributing to customer churn. Using Power BI, I visualized and analyzed data related to customer behavior, payment methods, contract types, and tenure with the company. Key findings included identifying a significant churn risk for customers on monthly contracts with specific payment methods. The insights gathered from the analysis helped SkyLink focus on targeted retention strategies, reducing churn rates and improving overall customer satisfaction.
