Description:

I'm developing Pillpo Parents, a mobile application designed to help parents monitor and understand their children's social media behavior. This app aims to bridge the digital gap between parents and their kids, promoting online safety and healthy digital habits.

Using Flutter and Dart for the frontend, I'm creating a user-friendly interface that's intuitive for parents who might not be tech-savvy. The app will be available on both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring wide accessibility.

For the backend, I've chosen Firebase. Its real-time database capabilities are crucial for providing up-to-date information to parents. Firebase also offers robust authentication services to ensure the privacy and security of sensitive family data.

The design process begins in Figma, where I'm focusing on creating a clean, non-intimidating interface that presents complex data in an easily digestible format. These designs are then implemented in Android Studio.

Key Features:

1. Social Media Activity Dashboard: An overview of the child's activities across various platforms.

2. Screen Time Monitoring: Tracks the amount of time spent on different apps and websites.

3. Content Filter: Alerts for potentially inappropriate content or interactions.

Privacy and Ethical Considerations:

I'm implementing strong privacy measures to protect the data of both parents and children. The app will also include features that promote trust and open communication within families, rather than encouraging secretive monitoring.
