iDelivery (Project For Sell)

I developed an delivery system consisting of three apps and web dashboard: one for clients,

one for restaurant managers, and one for delivery drivers. A key feature I recently added to the

restaurant manager app, called "Request Driver," allows managers to request drivers for orders

placed outside the app (via phone or social media). This feature helps grow the app’s user base

by encouraging customers to download and use it.

The system has been successfully deployed, with over 1,000 downloads on both iOS and Android.

It has processed more than 1,500 in-app orders and over 2,000 driver requests. Currently, the

project is paused for further development to scale the app for larger zones and multiple cities, as

well as to introduce additional features.

The primary goal of building this system was to enhance my project management skills and gain

experience in handling complex, real-world operations.
