Turnover intention has become a global issue faced by the firms over decades. The turnover rate
of employees increased in the past few years in every field. This paper aims to examine the effect
of burnout, perceived organizational support, and job satisfaction on the intention to leave or
turnover intention. This research depends on a convenience sample of 110 front line employees.
Data was collected from the respondent between March 2022 and May 2022. The current study
conducted a multiple regression analysis to determine predictors of turnover. Whereby, a
quantitative research technique was used and the study data was acquired using a selfadministrative questionnaire. The findings show that burnout and perceived organizational support
have affected turnover intention for front line employees in the Lebanese organizations. Finally,
this research provides useful information for both academics and practitioners and suggest
interventions, and avenues for future research to combat the problem of employee turnover.
