Roving Senior Health & Nutrition Program Manager -

The senior program manager is responsible for monitoring the delivery of humanitarian and development programs. We ensured that programs were delivered based on best practices, available evidence, and context-specific needs. Moreover, we provided technical and managerial leadership to program teams in our field offices and targeted facilities, ensuring all activities were of high quality and responsive to assessed needs.

The program manager was also responsible for building the capacity of program teams and ensuring that technical capacity-strengthening efforts effectively supported local authorities in addressing their priority needs. We ensured effective collaboration with partners based on principles of equality, transparency, responsibility, and complementarity at the program offices. Additionally, we maintained excellence in project cycle management, business development efforts, strategic planning, reporting, and representation.
