This project involves a comprehensive analysis of a dataset from a telecom company, with a primary focus on customer churn rates. The objective is to not only quantify the churn rate but also to uncover the underlying reasons for customer attrition and to develop strategies aimed at reducing it.

To achieve this, I will utilize SQL to gather and manipulate data, ensuring high standards of data quality throughout the process. This includes exploring the dataset and creating relevant metrics to gain insights into customer behavior. Leveraging my prior knowledge, I will conduct an in-depth analysis to identify key factors contributing to churn.

Additionally, I will create dashboard-style presentations that effectively communicate my findings, organizing them into compelling narratives tailored for stakeholders.
