determined the necessary client data for analysis, outlined the techniques to investigate the client’s problem, and summarized my approach in an email to the Associate Director, utilized Python to analyze the client data and created visualizations to interpret key trends effectively, developed a new feature to enhance my analysis, built a predictive churn model using the random forest technique and compiled an executive summary detailing my findings.
