Developed an AI-powered coffee quality management web application designed to optimize the coffee production process. The app includes several advanced models: a pest detection model that quickly identifies pests on coffee leaves to improve crop health and yield, a fruit maturity classification model that accurately determines the stages of coffee fruits from unripe to dry for optimal harvesting, a leaf disease detection model that swiftly identifies diseases for timely intervention, and a roast level classification model that precisely assesses the roast levels of coffee beans to ensure consistent, high-quality brews. Together, these models streamline assessment processes and enhance overall coffee quality.
