### **Project Title: TalenTrack - AI-Enhanced Recruitment Quiz Platform**

#### **Project Overview:**

TalenTrack is an innovative recruitment platform that enhances the hiring process by using AI to generate personalized quizzes for job candidates. The platform enables employers to create job-specific quizzes, which candidates can find and complete via social media. These quizzes are tailored to the candidates’ resumes and the job descriptions provided by employers, helping to assess the suitability of candidates for specific roles.

#### **Stages of Development:**

1. **Conceptualization and Planning:**

- The project began with identifying the need for a more efficient way for employers to evaluate candidates early in the hiring process.

- The primary concept was to create an AI-driven platform that could generate personalized quizzes for candidates based on their resumes and job descriptions.

- Planning included outlining the user experience for both employers and candidates, the AI quiz generation process, and the scoring system.

2. **Frontend Development:**

- Developed a user-friendly interface using **VueJS** for employers to create job posts and manage the recruitment process.

- Created a separate interface for candidates to access and take the quizzes, ensuring an intuitive and engaging experience.

- Implemented responsive design principles to make the platform accessible on various devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones.

3. **Backend Development:**

- Built a serverless backend using **Hono.js** to handle quiz generation, user data, and quiz results.

- Integrated **Supabase** for managing user data, storing resumes, and handling authentication securely.

- Developed the logic for quiz generation, using AI to analyze job descriptions and resumes, creating quizzes that align with the required skills and qualifications.

4. **AI-Driven Quiz Generation:**

- Utilized prompt engineering techniques to generate quiz questions dynamically based on the content of the candidates' resumes and the specific job description.

- Ensured that the AI-generated quizzes were relevant to the job role and provided an accurate assessment of the candidate’s knowledge and skills.

5. **Scoring and Employer Dashboard:**

- Implemented a scoring system that evaluates candidates based on their quiz performance.

- Developed an employer dashboard where recruiters can view the quiz scores of candidates, see detailed reports, and track the progress of their job postings.

- Allowed employers to review the quiz scenarios and results to make informed hiring decisions.

6. **Testing and Deployment:**

- Conducted thorough testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the AI-generated quizzes and the scoring system.

- Optimized the platform for performance and scalability to handle a large number of candidates taking quizzes simultaneously.

- Deployed the platform on Cloudflare Workers and Pages for seamless access and reliability.

#### **Tasks Performed:**

- Designed and implemented the user interface using VueJS, creating a seamless experience for both employers and candidates.

- Built a robust backend with Hono.js to handle user data, quiz generation, and result storage.

- Integrated AI to dynamically generate quiz questions tailored to each candidate’s resume and the job description provided by the employer.

- Developed a scoring algorithm to evaluate quiz performance and implemented an employer dashboard for managing job postings and viewing candidate results.

- Ensured secure handling of user data with Supabase for authentication and data storage.

- Conducted extensive testing to ensure the platform's accuracy, reliability, and scalability.

#### **Final Outcome:**

TalenTrack successfully provides a streamlined and effective way for employers to evaluate candidates. By leveraging AI for quiz generation, the platform offers personalized assessments that align with job requirements, helping employers make better hiring decisions. The ease of sharing quizzes on social media expands the reach of job postings, attracting a broader pool of candidates.
