Poster Design

For the work on the primary prevention of cardiovascular diseases, I created an educational poster. The stages of execution involved designing the layout to highlight critical preventive measures, such as avoiding tobacco, maintaining a healthy diet, regular exercise, and stress management. My tasks included gathering credible information (e.g., from Mayo Clinic), organizing the content visually, and ensuring clarity and impact in the messaging. After completing the design in PowerPoint, I converted the poster into a PDF format for distribution. The final result was a visually engaging and informative poster aimed at educating the public on reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
