Master and Slaves

This is considered a simple project, a device consisting of a client and a master device that takes commands from the client, and some slave devices execute the commands. For example, I put a large file at the client and sent it to the master. He divides it by the number of clients he has. He will search if I have large files to learn how to betray them to more than one device on the same principle. We used the Go language and the Visual Studio Code program, and I was supposed to have more than one device to do this and have them be in the same network, but because capabilities are limited, I used one device and opened more than one Windows on Visual as if they were devices.
