Power Query Editor

Data Cleaning- removing duplicates, change data format, etc..

Data Manipulation as per the project requirements

Data Integration & Transformation:

Unified diverse data sources to ensure integrity and consistency.

Data Modeling & Relationships:

Designed a robust data model with relationships for comprehensive exploration.

Interactive Dashboards:

Developed visually appealing and intuitive dashboards for stakeholders.

Key Insights Extraction:

Defined essential KPIs aligned with business objectives to track performance.

Drill-Down Analysis:

Enabled drill-down capabilities to uncover trends and outliers.

Forecasting & Predictive Analytics:

DAX Functions Used:

Total Emp: Count of employees.

Male & % Male: Calculated proportion of male employees.

Female & % Female: Calculated proportion of female employees.

Due for Promotion & % Due for Promotion: Identified employees due for promotion.

% On Service: Percentage of employees currently on service.

% Retrench: Percentage of employees to be retrenched.
