Egyptian Car Plate Recognition System

In this project, we developed a robust system for detecting and extracting text from Egyptian car plates using advanced models like YOLOv8 and PaddleOCR. From training the model on custom datasets to testing its accuracy in real-world scenarios, every step was a learning experience.
