A design that was found to gather and unify society groups with their different cultures under one roof and move to tomorrow together.

Ghaith is an integrated technological creative center designed to keep pace with scientific and technical progress while preserving the nature and environment of society.

Design idea

1- The elements of the project were initially divided into groups according to the compatibility between the spaces, with a building percentage of 40% of the project land

2- Then, after conducting climate analysis studies in Aswan Governorate, it was found that the prevailing direction of the winds is northwest, and this direction was adopted in the design of the spaces using a 45-degree inclination angle in order to obtain the maximum benefit from the natural air, taking into account the work of a wide courtyard for different activities.

3- The blocks were designed in a gradual manner in order to obtain a larger viewing area for the Nile River, in addition to benefiting from the shade resulting from this gradient in shading the other blocks.
