احصاء خاص برسالة ماجستير كلية الطب قسم الباثولوجيا الاكلينيكية

تم عمل احصاء طبي كامل لكل البيانات الخاصة برسالة الماجستير التي تم تجميعها تم استلام البيانات في صورة ملف اكسيل وتم التسليم كما في المرفقات (تم حذف بعض البيانات للحفاظ علي سرية المرضي) .

The analysis of the data was carried out using the IBM SPSS version 27.0 statistical package software (IBM; Armonk, New York, USA).

Qualitative data were explained as frequencies and percentages. Chi-square test was used for comparing between qualitative variables. Quantitative data were explored for normality by checking the distribution of data and using tests of normality (Kolmogorov Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk tests).

Parametric data were presented as mean and standard deviation (SD) values, but non-parametric data were presented as median and IQR (interquartile range) values. For parametric data; One-way ANOVA was used for comparisons between two groups. For non-parametric data; Mann-Whitney U test was used for comparisons between two groups.

Spearman’s rank correlation was done for non-parametric data.

A p-value less than 0.05 was considered significant.

ROC curve analysis was performed with MedCalc® Statistical Software version 19.5.1 (MedCalc Software Ltd, Ostend, Belgium;.
