Android Application for Autistic children

The project I am particularly proud of is the "Be With Me" Android application. I was the lead developer for this project it was my senior project as software engineer, which spanned from March to December 2023. The application is designed to foster enhanced connections between caregivers and children by integrating deep learning for facial emotion detection. I developed the app using Java in Android Studio and integrated the deep learning model using Python in Visual Studio, achieving an impressive accuracy rate of 94.90%. The app also includes customizable routines for efficient behavior management. This project taught me a lot about combining different technologies to create a comprehensive solution and how impactful technology can be in improving relationships and communication.
