This project involves creating an Excel workbook with a UserForm interface for managing employee data. Users can add, clear, and display employee records, which are stored in the "Employees" sheet. The UserForm ensures that all required fields are filled before adding a record and hides the application interface until the correct password is entered. Additionally, the workbook hides the "Employees" sheet on close and shows the UserForm on open. The UserForm includes functionality to handle gender selection and different job statuses.

I created this presentation for my brother, who is studying in the Faculty of Medicine, to help him discuss the topic of medical professionalism with his teacher. The presentation covers the concept of burnout, its symptoms, and stages, including the honeymoon phase, onset of stress, chronic stress, burnout, and habitual burnout. It also details the internal and external factors contributing to burnout, the impact it has on medical professionals, and diagnostic tools like the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI). Finally, it suggests treatment approaches, wellness strategies, and self-care practices to manage and prevent burnout.
