This research investigates novel approaches to enhance the efficiency and durability of next-generation solar photovoltaic (PV) panels. With the growing importance of renewable energy sources, our study aims to address the current limitations of solar technology by exploring advancements in materials, design, and technology. The methodology employed involves a comprehensive literature review of existing solar PV technologies, an assessment of emerging materials and designs, and experimental investigations into the durability of next-gen panels. Our findings reveal significant strides in efficiency through the integration of advanced materials, such as perovskite solar cells and tandem cell structures. Additionally, the study identifies key strategies for improving durability, including environmental resistance measures and long-term reliability enhancements. The combination of efficiency and durability improvements suggests a promising direction for the future of solar energy. This research contributes valuable insights to the ongoing discourse on sustainable energy solutions and sets the stage for further innovations in the field of solar PV technology.
