Our site is between Masada and Herzl street - Technion complex - Hadar - Haifa

The project is integrated into an existing urban fabric, existing buildings, existing

architecture and preserves it and its memory. The project concentrates on the

principles, on the recycling of the construction as a principal action. In this project

in Hadar Haifa area, which is integrated into existing buildings, there are specific

characteristics that make the place unique, and without analyzing them it is not

possible to integrate the planning in the most appropriate way for the place.

The advantages that characterize the place that rises from it, produce the

language that makes up the project, so that every advantage that belongs to

this specific place, associates and integrates the project in the place and is

planned in the most precise way, in relation to its program. In order to create

meaning and intention for planning, these benefits must be understood and

explored in depth.

In terms of building typology, it was very important to understand the layers of

the building - the construction, the shell, the floors, the traffic, in addition to the

verticality of the classroom building which was connected to the cascade and

the urban traffic axes.
