Hospital Management System to efficiently manage and streamline the various aspects of a healthcare facility. This system aims to improve and simplify hospital management, including:

Patient Management: Each patient has a unique ID, detailed personal information.

Doctor and Nurse Management: Including specialties and contact details for each individual.

Medication and Prescription Management: Tracking dosages, dates, and durations.

Appointment and Billing Management: Organizing and scheduling appointments, managing bills and payments.

Room and Department Management: Allocating rooms and resources among different departments.

Relationships between tables:

A patient can be treated by multiple doctors, and vice versa.

A patient can have multiple medical records, each associated with a specific doctor.

A prescription can include multiple medications, and each medication can be part of multiple prescriptions.

A patient can have multiple billing records, each associated with a single patient.

Both patients and doctors can have multiple appointments.

A nurse can be assigned to multiple rooms, and vice versa.

A department can include multiple doctors, staff members, and rooms.
