Insights

•Bikes make up most of the total sales with an impressive 96.46% and the profit ratio of 45.9%. However, the year-over-year sales growth is relatively lower at 47.83% compared to clothing and accessories, which may point to market saturation or high competition.

•Accessories stand out with the highest profit ratio of 66.4% among the categories, Accessories also enjoys a considerable year-over-year growth of 138.59%. they earn the most profit compared to their sales.

•Clothing, although contributing to only a small amount of the total sales 1.16%, shows an exceptional year-over-year growth rate of 145.77%. with a robust profit ratio of 44.4%. indicating a surge in market demand or effective sales strategies.

•North America has achieved the highest sales and profit, with the highest profit ratio of 59% and a YOY growth rate of 54.25%, particularly in the USA. Conversely, Europe has the lowest sales, especially in France, which has the least growth. The region with the lowest YOY growth is the Pacific (Australia) at 39.46%.

Recommendations

•Expand Clothing and Accessories: Focus on expanding the clothing and accessories categories, which show high growth and profit ratios, through targeted marketing and product diversification.

•Innovate in Bikes: Address the market saturation in bikes by introducing new products and exploring new markets to revive growth.

•Regional Strategy Optimization: Strengthen the North American market’s dominance while developing tailored strategies for Europe and the Pacific to boost sales and capture market share.
