In Saudi Arabia, within a prominent contracting firm, my responsibility was to formulate the business case, draft the technical proposal, and assist in crafting the financial proposal for an integrated PMO project. The client, in this case, was the primary contractor for the project, with the aim of enhancing their competitiveness to secure the bid.
