I've finished the second task in the PwC Switzerland Power BI Simulation on Forage! This simulation provided a great opportunity to apply my data analysis skills to a real-world scenario, focusing on customer churn.

and I sent an email with my recommendations to the team leader of customer retention department.

Recommendations:

1- max number of churned customers occur at 3 services used so I recommend

give users more discounts at this level.

2- A high volume of tickets could indicate customer dissatisfaction with services,

so highly recommended to lowering this numbers.

3- high ratio of churn in month-to-month contracts equal 42.7%, I recommend

to give customers discounts in long term contracts as one-year contract.
