System Architecture
The Project Examination System follows a modular architecture consisting of several key components
• Frontend: The user interface accessible to instructors, and students
• Backend: The core logic and functionalities responsible for managing exams, user accounts, and exam results
• Database: Stores information related to exams, questions, Answers, user accounts, Branches, Courses, Departments and exam results
• Authentication: Manages user authentication and authorization to ensure secure access to the system
User Guide
Instructor
• Login: Authenticate using instructor credentials
• Exam Creation: Add questions and assign categories
• Exam Monitoring: View Exam results and generate reports
Student
• Login: Log in using student credentials
• Exam Access: Start exams
• Answer Submission: Respond to exam questions within the allocated time frame
• Result Viewing: View exam results upon completion
