Create CICD Pipeline

This pipeline, named "running production pipeline," triggers on pushes to the main branch. It starts an EC2 instance using AWS CLI credentials stored in secrets. Then, it builds a Docker image from the repository code, pushes it to Amazon ECR, and deploys the Docker app on the production server using SSH. Finally, it scales the backend service and reloads NGINX configuration for updates, ensuring continuous delivery of the application.
