Tasks track

A Kanban-style project management app connected to Firebase Authentication and Firebase Realtime Database. Users sign up or sign in, and their tasks sync live across devices — any change appears instantly without refreshing. The board has four columns (To Do, In Progress, In Review, Done), supports drag-and-drop between columns, priority levels, category tags, and a move-forward shortcut on each card. Fully responsive: desktop shows four side-by-side columns, mobile stacks them vertically with a bottom-sheet modal for adding tasks. Includes a demo mode that works without Firebase credentials — useful for portfolio showcasing.
