During the quarantine period amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, as the community manager at MSPhone Store, I assumed a pivotal role in managing our social media presence. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, I took on the responsibility of creating engaging posts showcasing our range of products, particularly phones, as well as providing updates on delivery protocols and safety measures. Understanding the importance of maintaining connection during these unprecedented times, our team bravely ventured out to ensure that our customers remained informed and supported, even at the risk of our own safety. Through these efforts, we not only helped bridge the gap between the store and our customers but also demonstrated our unwavering commitment to serving our community, even in times of adversity.
