Example for surgical case study for surgery rotation

During clinical rotations, medical students are assigned for many case studies and history taking tasks.

Here is an example to one of the surgical case studies done to group of students where I gave me them the fields needed to be filled by the patient’s information then I designed and put them in a presentable way.
