E-Commerce Books

ASP.Net project with MVC and SQL Server, built using N-Tier Architecture and Repository Pattern. It is a BookStore application that allows customers to view and purchase books, and provides an admin panel for managing products, categories, cover types, and orders.

Customer Views

Login View: Allows customers to log in to their accounts.

Register View: Allows new customers to create an account.

Home View (Products): Displays a list of available books for customers to browse and search.

Product Details: Provides detailed information about a selected book.

Shopping Cart: Allows customers to add books to their shopping cart, update quantities, and remove items.

Apply Order: Enables customers to place an order for the books in their shopping cart.

Payment: Handles the payment process for customers.

Admin Panel

Add Product: Allows the admin to add new books to the store.

Edit Product: Enables the admin to modify the details of existing books.

Delete Product: Allows the admin to remove books from the store.

Add Category: Allows the admin to add new categories for books.

Edit Category: Enables the admin to modify the details of existing categories.

Delete Category: Allows the admin to remove categories.

Add CoverType: Allows the admin to add new cover types for books.

Edit CoverType: Enables the admin to modify the details of existing cover types.

Delete CoverType: Allows the admin to remove cover types.

Manage Orders: Provides the admin with a view of all orders and their status.

Usage

To use this project, follow these steps:

Clone the repository using git clone https://github.com/ahmeda....

Open the project in Visual Studio.

Set up the SQL Server database by running the SQL scripts provided in the repository.

Update the connection string in the Web.config file to match your SQL Server settings.

Build and run the project.
