Introducing Gusto, an authentic Italian restaurant with a warm and inviting atmosphere that transports you to a nostalgic dining experience. Our challenge was to create a brand identity that captures the essence of the restaurant's tradition and authenticity while appealing to a modern audience. After thorough research and brainstorming, we developed a logo concept based on olive leaves and fresh vegetable vines merged with a drop of olive oil as it is one of the main ingredients in Italian cuisine besides the fresh vegetables, conveying both authenticity and freshness. The ornamental logo features five leaves on both sides, representing the five meal structures of the Italian tradition as a hidden concept. The serif logotype adds to the vine-inspired design.
