Chaos is an OS UI but in the web it has task bar re-sizable and movable windows, users can customize its color theme , language, and background image the windows can run any other web app properly encapsulating them to avoid any collisions among the apps or collision with the OS UI it self with each maintaining is own private cookies and session storage but still getting a convenient access to the local storage
