Planning Engineer

· Tendering & Initiation Phase; reviewed different tender packages and developed tender schedules such as

construction projects and landscape projects.

· Planning & Development Phase; developed and maintained detailed baseline for approval for

VYE-SODIC New Zayed.

· Monitoring & Controlling Phase; updating, reporting, monitoring and controlling all assigned projects such as

THE ESTATES-SODIC New Zayed & VILLETTE-SODIC New Cairo.

· Preparing different progress reports such as daily, weekly and monthly reports including dashboards.

· Monitor site work and communicate with construction team, highlight critical activities, look ahead activities,

delayed activities and suggest corrective actions.

· Attend Weekly and Monthly Client meetings to discuss project actual progress with respect to Earned Value

Management.

· Track and Identify the Cause/Claim Triggers; review any site instructions or scope changes which may affect

project contractual dates.2

· Participated in carrying out Delay Analysis study through TIA methodology, meanwhile studied different

Delay Analysis techniques preparing for an extension of time (EOT) Claim.

· Prepared a Revised Schedule for THE ESTATES-SODIC New Zayed after approval of a specific extension of

time (EOT).

· Prepared different Payments for Sub-Contractors.
