Planning Engineer

· Planning & Development Phase; Study project documents like BOQ, drawings, specifications and contract to

define the project scope, constraints, deliverables and objectives.

· Developed and maintained fully assessed detailed baselines, and revised baselines as well.

· Monitoring & Controlling Phase; Collecting actuals, remainder works, updating, reporting and analyzing site

progress to early detect any deviations based on Earned Value Management analysis and take corrective

actions through recovery plans.

· Communicate with the project manager and different departments to highlight longest path, critical activities,

near critical activities, delayed activities and to ensure adherence of the execution sequence to the project

time schedule through lookahead reports.

· Prepare periodic reports; status, progress, variance and forecasting reports including dashboards throughout

the project different phases; Engineering, Procurement & Construction to address meant stakeholders

through presentations.

· Track supporting documents for extension of time (EOT) Claims and analyze any detected delay events or

change orders and their impact on project scope and deliverables.
