Robotic Process Automation Developer

In my role as an RPA developer, I primarily utilized UiPath to design and implement automated workflows. One of the significant projects I worked on involved automating various processes within the organization, ranging from data entry tasks to complex data analysis procedures. UiPath's intuitive interface allowed me to develop these automation solutions efficiently, contributing to enhanced operational efficiency and accuracy.

For instance, in the marine shipping department, I implemented an automated system to streamline the documentation process, reducing manual errors and significantly speeding up the overall workflow. This not only saved time but also improved the accuracy of data entry.

In the airline department, I focused on automating ticket booking and reservation processes, ensuring a seamless and error-free experience for both customers and internal staff. Upon transitioning to the role of Senior RPA Developer, my responsibilities expanded to include more complex automation tasks and overseeing the work of junior developers. I led the implementation of a centralized automation platform, which facilitated the management and monitoring of multiple automation processes simultaneously.
