Serving as a Business Analyst, my contributions span across diverse departments, including marine shipping, airline, payroll, IT, and HR. Noteworthy among my recent endeavors are projects focused on meticulous requirements gathering for automation, data analysis, and the formulation of critical documents such as Process Design Documents (PDD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).

In addition to my documentation responsibilities, I actively engage in delivering comprehensive reports and updates on project timelines. My proficiency extends to the estimation of project durations, and I collaborate closely with the development team during the testing phase upon project completion, underscoring a thorough and effective approach to project management.
