• CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS ACCOUNTS: -
* Continuation activity for customers and suppliers Accounts.
* Preparation periodic reports for cash Disbursements.
* Preparation withholding tax note for suppliers and customers.
• STORES: -
* Preparing stores daily reports (allowance, addendum, and return receipt).
* Preparing physical inventory.
* Pricing inventory.
* Preparing inventory adjustment (deficit / Increment).
• OTHERS: -
* Preparing physical account for cash on hand, fixed assets and notes receivable.
* Preparing depreciation sheet for fixed assets.
* Preparing salaries sheet.
