First of all I was the brand face for the whole group so I have to be friendly and get to know all the people and treat everyone as if we are all here just for him/her to have a good time, as I was Working for a client who is in the F&B industry own around 60 location between restaurants (with fusion cuisine), Clubs, Bars and our real and my main point of joining them was VIP and celebrities parties a private gathering, and I have people to assist me in all the company functions except for the VIP events I am the one who did it alone ,as I create the concept and set the project charts contract with different vendors and manage the whole show, and the area in which I was operatiing was SEA, mainly based Kuala Lumber, (Malaysia)Jakarta & Bali (Indonesia) Phenom Penh, Siam Reep(Cambodia ), Hotchi Menh City (Vietnam) . Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya (Thailand) , and Macau,so I was running a huge F&B industry , operation charts with so may details and variables as aside from each brand I have to talk different in each and every country as per the culture and the local persona so that meant different mediums and modes of communication in all the above mentioned countries and even in the same countries different cities still make a very considerable changes and my main task is to foresee the brands for the next 5 years and due to a family crises I had to come back to Egypt only after 3 years but I was already 36% ahead of the plan and in some measures I was only 15% away from the 5 years target in just 3 years time and one

of those measures is the revenues generated
