Startup Facility Establishment - Tradeex Madencılık Ve Petrokimya

As part of a contract with TRADEEX MADENCİLİK VE PETROKİMYA Company for Import and Export, I played a pivotal role in establishing internal administrative and engineering systems for the startup facility.

Key Achievements:

Efficient Collaboration:Seamlessly collaborated with the company's management, resulting in the successful arrangement of approximately 40 sales within the initial three months of the project.

Strategic Coordination:Coordinated closely with stakeholders to define daily startup goals and strategies,including extensive work in Lebanon for an average of 10 hours per day.

Process Optimization:Successfully established streamlined internal systems, processes, and workflows,leading to a significant 15% reduction in work time. This effort also resulted in the acquisition of 20 new customers during thefirst quarter.

This project showcased my ability to efficiently establish startup facilities, foster collaboration, and optimize processes, ultimately contributing to the company's early success and growth.
