Worked in multiple outsourcing projects in Csmean company including Bloomchic an E-commerce business for fashion, worked both in sales and customer assistance by emails.

Also worked at Fordeal E-commerce shop like Ali baba, I handled multiple sections in the project such as chat handling, inbound/outbound calls, survey for products, translation of documents, B2B experience and wholesale deals and drop shipping.

Worked on Fordeal Chatgpt cooperation on working with AI to help improve on our customer experience and help teach our AI programe on how to deal with the customers and their inquiries.
