Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to represent complex business data in an insightful and visually appealing manner.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring that the BI solutions meet their needs.

Transform and integrate raw data from various sources into meaningful analytics using Power Query and DAX formulas.

Ensure data accuracy and reliability by implementing data validation and quality checks.

Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities of Power BI and related technologies.

Train and support end-users in using Power BI reports and dashboards effectively.

Collaborate with the IT department to ensure seamless data integration with enterprise systems.

Optimize performance of Power BI reports for better user experience.

Document design and development processes, best practices, and user guides.

Participate in regular review meetings to showcase BI solutions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and related tools (Power Query, DAX).

Strong understanding of data modeling and visualization principles.

Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
