core system and our portal (API) then doctor take action and

reply to provider with final Response)

- Communications (handle all communication request from

provider then reply to provider with acknowledgment then

insert communication our portal)

- Claims (handle all claims request from provider then reply to

provider with acknowledgment then insert claims to our portal

and reply final response to provider)

- Payment send payment request to provider after receive

voucher from ERP)
