Looking and analyzing the location of the city on the urban level, we will notice its location between agricultural land and the sea on the other hand, in addition to the urbanization around it.

The goal was to assemble the three borders (Sea- Agricultural land -Urban) in the project by creating a waterscape that combines the project's zones and linking it with greenery.

In addition to the gradation of the building to achieve a better view for most of project zones.
