Application Manager & Project Manager:

Helping my Company for Cloud digital Transformations by managing the professional services for a portfolio of projects

Including:

Managing 8 IT team members (build team capabilities & KPIs / resource allocation & delegation / follow up / Coach &

Support /...etc.).

Manage ERP Implementation Project (Infor Cloud M3 & HCM).

Manage deferent SLAs, contracts, and teams for post Go Live support & Upgrades..

Project Management,

Participate in steering committee, executive updates, and communications.

Manage different types of Testing (unit Test / UAT-User Acceptance Test /SIT-System Integration Test), Trainings (Key

User, End User Training), Project documentations and deliverables.

Integration with other systems (Infor HCM / Salesforce CRM / Appointment system), through many vendors and partners

(Infor, Wipro and Salesforce).

Manage Risks such as:

-Implementation managed 100 % remotely.

-Covid-19 issues within the team & users (2020-2021 ).

-Stakeholder Management, increases satisfaction by assessing expectations, making sure actions are taken to close any gaps.

Manage Post Go-Live Support to ensure smooth transition to the new systems.

Continuous Enhancement for 2 years, including developing more than 400 Enhancements (Reports, Dashboards, Scripts,

Approval Workflow, New processes, Processes Enhancement, Integrations with other applications, Training, …etc.).
