Vehicle Request System enable employees to request company vehicles then send outlook mail notification for manager to approve or reject the request . after manager take the action return feedback to employye that manager took action for your request if manager accepted it must send another notification for garag security to open ticket for this car and check it to be ready.

employee will drive the car to his target then return to security to close the ticket

you can calculate the the speed and distance that employee took it

then at last after security close the ticket system send notification to CEO of the company and show him all trip details .
