Liwan Building BIM Design using Revit

This project is of a 4 storey residential apartment building situated in Liwan, Dubai. My works and role are as follows:

1)Making the BIM Revit model to facilitate accurate quantities estimations and also to give an outlook of the final building project to the client.

2)Supervise the contractor’s works and make periodical reports.

3)Analyze and process Bill Payments on behalf of the client.

4)Submit any modifications to the authorities (DDA)
