King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, spent more than 700 million riyals to create the project in the Kudai area of Makkah. In order to provide this service, which was established in 1345 AH by King Abdulaziz Al Saud .

More than one hundred million packages have been manufactured by the project since it began, and more than twelve million pilgrims, Umrah performers, tourists, and locals have benefited from it.
