Programme (P6 & MS Project)

Review & analysis of Contract documents such as BOQ, Drawings & Specification.

Preparation of Clause 14 Baseline Program (Cost and Resource loaded) in Primavera P6 and also preparation of other planning pertinent documents like Progress S Curve, Cash flow Curve, KPI’s, Manpower and Equipment Histogram etc.

Cost loading and monitoring the cash flow & project progress using SPI, CPI & Earned Value Analysis.

Regularly monitoring critical paths and preparing schedule impact reports.

Monitoring Progress for (submittals, shop drawings, procurement, material delivery, construction) activities.

Coordinating with the engineering and procurement department regarding the interfacing of construction activities and Material & Equipment availability.

Reporting to Project Manager about the current work progress, making comparison between plan and actual progress and providing suggestions.

Responsible for day-to-day interaction with client / consultants / subcontracts regarding the progress of the work.

Preparing the weekly and monthly reports. Preparation of Dashboards showing summarized project data and KPIs.

Preparation and review of mitigation plan and revised program

Preparation and review of for Extension of Time (EOT) Claims for the project including revised baseline program and pertinent documents.
